Many couples choose to sign their marriage license, with witness, ahead of the ceremony. We can work with your Wedding Planner + Photographer's timeline to make an intimate license signing possible.

Get to know me
I've been a part of the Wedding Industry for more than a decade, but many are familiar with me for the role I've been playing in the industry before I became an Officiant. Most know me as DJ Alpha and Owner of The Alpha DJ Company.
And while I am still very active with DJing weddings, I chose to become an officiant in 2017, to add to my love and passion for the industry. I would always watch with great interest as wedding officiants would conduct their ceremonies. Although ceremonies only last less than 30 minutes, the words they spoke were guaranteed to remain in the minds of the couple for the rest of their lives. I always thought of how cool would it be if I had this honour - To be able to become part of the narrative of couples for the rest of their lives. To bring deep meaning and have my signature alongside theirs on the document that proudly allows them to state loudly “this is the day we got married!”
When I'm not working, you will find me with my family building our dream life, and our dream home, in Dutton, Ontario. I have been married to my wife, Amanda, for 8 years and we have 2 amazing sons, Jax and Easton - future Alpha DJ's in the making. And as if life wasn't already busy enough with 2 boys, we also recently welcomed a fur baby to our home, a Golden Retriever named Nash.
Spending time with my boys is one of my most cherished past times. As a Parent who primarily works on weekend, I focus on making our summers as fun as possible, filled with adventures, travel, and Tuesday day trips for the boys.
